“ It's late on a weeknight and I'm driving through Georgetown. A red neon "RESTAURANT OPEN" sign gets my attention and I say to myself "Self, an open restaurant, just what I need." I bounce over the curb to get to the weird parking spot, leaving the exit for future me to worry about, present me is ready to eat. I walk in and it's a sleepy feeling diner with a large bar at the front and a pretty large dining area. I hop up to the bar and take a seat to be quickly greeted. I have no idea what they're known for so I put my faith and future in the waitresses hands. The suggestion is a fried chicken club, which I obviously oblige. Not something I'd order but we're on an adventure. As someone very close to me once said, "tots are tots are tots", and she was right. But the club was pretty good. About $15 for dinner. I'd say it was priced fairly. I'm not familiar with the culinary scene of the area, but this place appears to be a safe bet for a safe meal. ”

“ Super local breakfast this morning in this place that was filling up with people who live here in Georgetown. I an inexpensive breakfast, served by a friendly young lady with a smile. Excellent coffee, eggs, corned beef hash and toast. Perfect. And after breakfast, this was my office for an hour or two until the Sun came up. “ It is what it is. It is a quintessential, southern diner that serves absolutely excellent food, has friendly service, nice quantities and without a doubt makes you want to come back for more. It is such a nice change to be able to go to a place like this, instead of a national chain as The food is not mass produced, the service is friendly and overall the whole experience is consistent. I was only in town for a few days but went back there three times to eat. I give 150% of a positive review and encourage anybody in the Georgetown area to eat here. ”
